Event Participation
By completing the registration, you confirm your attendance at FFCC Kuwait 2025 and agree to participate in the event in accordance with the event’s rules and guidelines.
Registration and Payment
Delegate Registration: Registration is required for all attendees and delegates to participate in the event.
Payment: Where applicable, the event participation fee must be paid by the specified date. Failure to complete payment by the deadline may result in your registration being cancelled.
Event Changes
The organisers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, content, location, and speakers at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registered participants via email or through the event platform.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Delegate Cancellation: Cancellations must be made in writing via email. If cancelled within 30 days of the event, a full refund will be provided. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event may incur a cancellation fee or no refund at the organisers' discretion.
Force Majeure: The organisers are not responsible for cancellations or delays due to circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or political instability. In such cases, registration fees may not be refunded.
Code of Conduct
Attendees must conduct themselves professionally at all times during the event. Any behaviour deemed disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful to the experience of other attendees may result in immediate expulsion from the event without a refund.
Attendees are prohibited from engaging in solicitation or selling of products/services without prior consent from the organisers.
Data Protection and Privacy
By registering for the event, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data by FFCC Kuwait 2025 organisers for event-related purposes.
Your information will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except for event-related communications or for the purpose of networking at the event.
Photography and Recording
The organisers may take photographs, videos, or other recordings during the event. By attending, you consent to the use of your image or likeness in marketing materials, social media, and for event promotion.
Attendees may not record or broadcast the event without prior written permission from the organisers.
Liability
The organisers will not be held responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property occurring during the event, except in cases where the law mandates liability.
It is the responsibility of the attendee to arrange their own insurance for personal injury, loss, or property damage.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to event content, including but not limited to presentations, materials, and recordings, are owned by FFCC Kuwait 2025 or the respective content creators.
Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, or use any event content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the organisers.
Force Majeure
FFCC Kuwait 2025 organisers will not be held responsible for failure to perform any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure is caused by events beyond the organisers' reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or any governmental actions.
Acceptance of Terms
By submitting your registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from registering for the event.
Modifications to Terms
FFCC Kuwait 2025 organisers reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registered attendees and will take effect immediately upon posting.
